Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How We Ship
All ayababj orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Every Ayaba piece is handcrafted with care in Manchester, UK. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout:
2nd Class arrives in 2–4 business days. 1st Class arrives in 1–2 business days. Tracked 48 arrives in 2–3 business days. Tracked 24 arrives the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you confirm your purchase, no surprises.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a further notification. If your order is sent via a tracked service, your tracking number will be included.
Missing or Delayed Orders

Please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch before reporting an order as missing, as Royal Mail may experience delays.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. ayababj is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
